With 300 offices worldwide, CBRE’s Brussels and Antwerp operations employ 130 people who bring a truly global approach to commercial Real Estate Services in Belgium. propertyweb.be is CBRE’S latest European website - perfectly positioned, sharply designed, with ultimate UX, it brings a world of Real Estate experience to the Belgian market. Considering their previous website complicated, heavy and thus obsolete, CBRE briefed-in an absolute desire to distinguish propertyweb.be with latest digital trends, fully in-line with web 2.0, and then break new ground with levels of user-experience previously unknown to the Real Estate Sector.
UX led our response : A lighter structure, the development of fluid, intuitive navigation, and a powerful search functionality were finished with a visual treatment that brings new precedence to CBRE’s global positioning and global brand identity. A leanly designed interface facilitates new connectivity and a deeper engagement with users. A dedicated Member Space creates new exclusivity and privileges, empowering the most prolific users and bringing them closer to CBRE. Designed around stored individual data and search preferences, registered Members receive exclusive service privileges including early notification and preferential previews of latest listings, with the possibility to request property viewing within 24 hours. Members also benefit from instant real-time conversation, chat and helpdesk functions with CBRE representatives online. Designed to exceed user-expectations and redefine market standards, propertyweb.be was successfully rolled-out in responsive mode for optimised navigation across all platforms, bringing instantly a fresh take on UX to the Real Estate sector, with new levels of UX nurturing new levels of service, engagement, connection and usability.
